Knitley House is a small online shop for cosy knitwear and winter clothing. We select jumpers, cardigans and coats that are warm, comfortable and easy to wear every day.
We work with international logistics partners, which lets us offer a wide range at fair prices with free tracked delivery across the UK.

Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 7–12 working days. During busy periods, such as Black Friday and the weeks before Christmas, it can take a little longer.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
How do I find the right size?
Every item has a size chart on the product page. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you have 30 days to request a return. The item must be unworn, in new condition and with all original labels attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong.
